Terms of Service

1. General

These terms govern the use of the lunka.eu website and the Lunka mobile app (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Lunka, e-mail: contact@lunka.eu. By using the Service you accept these terms.

2. What Lunka is

Lunka is a dream journal: it lets you record dreams (by voice or text), receive AI-generated interpretations, browse symbols and statistics, and read dream-related content, including the dream dictionary available on the website.

Dream interpretations, symbol descriptions, and horoscopes are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and do not predict the future. For health concerns, consult a professional.

3. Account

• Using the app may require creating an account (e-mail address).
• Your account is for personal, non-commercial use.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details and journal PIN confidential.
• You can delete your account and all data at any time from within the app.
• The Service is intended for users aged 13 or older.

4. Lunka Premium subscription

• Core features are free; selected features (including unlimited interpretations, weekly summaries, and dream patterns) require the paid Lunka Premium subscription.
• Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store under Apple's rules; prices and billing periods are shown in the app before purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in line with App Store policy.

5. Your content

• Your recorded dreams remain yours.
• You grant us a licence to process dream content solely to the extent needed to provide the Service (transcription, interpretation, sync, statistics within your account).
• We do not publish your dreams or share them with other users.

6. Prohibited use

• using the Service in a way that violates the law or the rights of others,
• attempting unauthorized access to systems or other users' data,
• reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Service,
• using AI interpretations to generate unlawful content.

7. Liability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of dream interpretations, or for outages caused by factors beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

8. Complaints

You can submit complaints to contact@lunka.eu. We respond within 14 days of receipt.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may change, for example as Service features evolve or the law changes. We will announce material changes in the app or on the website with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the competent common courts, and consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution (e.g. the ODR platform).
